I am a barrister sole, and have been practising as such from Princes Chambers
in Auckland since 3 June 2003.
My practice is civil litigation for both commercial
and private clients and includes the following:

- Building Disputes/Construction including leaky buildings and claims
to the Weathertight Homes Resolution Service (WHRS);

- Claims involving Breach of Trust and Relationship Property Claims.
I accept instructions in all these areas of practice. Because of the intervention
Rule all instructions for independent Barristers in New Zealand must be
through an instructing solicitor.
